[mailop] Microsoft's ticket system 403

I have a block I'm trying to resolve but I'm getting a 403 when trying to submit a ticket for a couple days now. https://olcsupport.office.com/ I also haven't gotten any replies from del...@messaging.microsoft.com either. Can anybody else confirm this? Any contacts on here that can help me out?
