Have you opened a ticket with Yahoo?

Are you *SURE* there’s not a problem with one of the links in your message 
pointing to phishing / malware / etc? Remember, Yahoo sees the entire content 
of the message before they reject it - so if your content contains links that 
are infected or hosting phishing sites then you’re the problem. 

I’ve found that PH01 is usually accurate but if it’s not, only opening a ticket 
is the way to fix it.
