What's the IP range in question? What's the error, exactly? Paraphrasing in this context helps no-one. If it's an error in the ticketing system, I might be able to get eyes on it, but otherwise... There is a support procedure that must be followed, no exceptions as per Legal. Aloha, Michael.

That doesn’t look like a paraphrase to me. That looks like a Microsoft web error message. Searching for that string returns several hits on MS forums, for example. Of course, more details about the context would help! One of the forum messages is complaining about the response from the Sender
