Hello,

I'm looking for a contact from Tutanota. It would be great if they could
contact me off-list. Thanks for any leads.

Re: [mailop] Microsoft mail Contact

2018-03-12 Thread Michael Wise via mailop

On the one hand, there is *NO* Microsoft Mail contact on the list.
There is me, but I'm not a point of escalation for, "Hotmail".
The *ONLY* point of escalation is the Support Funnel; complaining here as such
won't solve anything.

And since neither incident has bothered to include the actual IP address at
issue, I can't even peek at the issue discretely.

Sorry.

Aloha,
Michael.

Hello

I had this problem recently on Mailgun network.
I opened a ticket to support and I couldn't get any help even after providing
tons of elements (I am a deliverability expert) for this transactional IP ...
«Not qualified for mitigation
xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx
Our investigation has determined that the above IP(s) do not qualify for
mitigation. These IP(s) have previously received mitigations from
deliverability support, and have failed to maintain patterns within our
guidelines, so they are ineligible for additional mitigation at this time. »

+

« As previously stated, your IP(s) do not qualify for mitigation at this time.
I do apologize, but I am unable to provide any details about this situation
since we do not have the liberty to discuss the nature of the block.

At this point, I would suggest that you review and comply with Outlook.com's
technical standards. This information can be found at
http://postmaster.live.com/Guidelines.aspx.

We regret that we are unable to provide any additional information or
assistance at this time. »

Then someone else reopened a new ticket (with new wording, less details and
business warnings) and support accepted to do something ...

« We will be looking into this issue along with the Escalations Team. We
understand the urgency of this issue and will provide an update as soon as this
is available. Rest assured that this ticket is being tracked and we will get
back to you as soon as we have more information to offer. »

=> Good luck !

Hi all,

Chasing someone that can help with an ongoing issue. One of our mail servers
are unable to send to any Microsoft Hotmail or live users.
Have been through the SNDS process and says that all IP's are ok and that
errors are unlikely.

It appears to be relating to a specific /24 range. However, I can't find any
issues that would be causing the mail to be rejected.
Below is the error being received back from Microsoft mail servers.

Rackspace recently announced IP ranges changing, check IPs you are
trying to send are matching to current Rackspace MXs

Or they say 'recipient unknown' when they mean something else.

Looking at the headers from the post you sent to the list, it appears you
are sending from 64.142.111.50, which isn't listed in the SPF for isipp.com

Just a guess, don't know if that's at all relevant to the incident you
experienced.

[mailop] Sapo.pt - 451 SPF lookup failure (#4.3.0)

2018-03-12 Thread Jan Schapmans
Dear all,

Is there anybody here with connections to Sapo.pt?

we are seeing a huge delivery issue with sapo.pt (Portuguese ISP) and the
bounce message related to SPF doesn't make any sense - delivery to Gmail,
Hotmail, yahoo, ... is all fine. Postmaster tool Gmail is saying 100% on SPF
success rate for last 120 days.

451 SPF lookup failure (#4.3.0)

We are serving hundreds of customers & SPF records are all (more or less) the
same as we are mostly using shared ip's. We are only seeing these failures at
sapo.pt and we can't get a hold of anybody there.

Example:
Domain: news.venca.pt
SPF: "v=spf1 mx a include:spf.emsecure.net -all"

Has anybody an idea about this SPF failure? Any help is very appreciated.

Kind regards,
