In the accounts over which we have direct control, it results from entries
being inserted into the accounts' banned-sender lists.  The collector robot
has no knowledge of these lists, nor any inclination to change them -- in fact
to do so would oppose the system's proper function.

Yes, we see it too. I only see 2/3 or 1/2 of volume reported. Since the
6th. It seems to be restored today. I don't see higher complaint rates (yay)
