There was a time when, "all of Microsoft" was Hotmail. That hasn't been the case for a decade. If it’s a Hotmail/Outlook.com/msn/live/etc. property, report_spam is still the place to send it. If it’s from an Office365 tenant, best to send it thru SpamCop if one is not an Office365 tenant

So, for a very long time the spam reporting address for all of Microsoft seems to have been report_s...@hotmail.com. This seems to have changed. Whois for Microsoft now shows the reporting address of ab...@microsoft.com which makes more sense. Recently I reported spam to the
