I would recommend that you open a support ticket with Salesforce for assistance. They can review and look into it more deeply, and can likely find a better resolution with Verizon, if warranted (i.e., if the mail is truly wanted). If you already have opened a support ticket with Salesforce

Howdy, I was wondering if I could get a little help from Verizon. We use Salesforce Marketing Cloud and for the last few months, we are getting bounce blocks every few weeks from Yahoo/AOL. We only mail customers and people that opt-in via a quiz. We have been mailing to opens as recommended
