In depth of the following is also required from a deployment and operational perspective: · *Group Policies* application and management · Managed Service Accounts · Permission Delegation · Interacting with Active Directory programmatically · *AD Organizational Structure (OU) Management* and reorganization · Levering Active Directory to achieve business outcomes · Federation Services *The individual should have excellent verbal communication as* well as documentation skills and feel comfortable in taking ownership of deliverables with little to none day to day oversight.
