Looking for an experienced Business Analyst with a proven track record of providing workshop and training event reporting and analysis with a variety of size and complexities. Under guidance from the project management resources, the business analyst will provide workshop and training event reporting and analysis for a large project that will impact our financial advisor field, field leaders and field staff. Events could be as often as one per week over the course of the next 4-6 months. The types of support needed include using Salesforce information, create excel spreadsheets and provided analysis (i.e. progress of activities tracked in Salesforce, reporting by geographical location or by field leader) Specific skills:* - *Experience with Salesforce application* - *Experience with excel, such as the ability to modify views (filter, hide, group, freeze frames), create and use pivot tables and formulas* - *Gathering and maintaining data and ensuring accuracy of the data for reporting and analysis.* - *Creating reports and determining the appropriate report design for various audiences.
