In addition, interact with investment professionals and business partners to proactively identify opportunities for better and more complete benchmark data · Collaborate with business partners understand business workflows in detail, o and prioritize support/enhancement needs · Challenge the status quo and proactively seek opportunities for new or improved systems. Produce functional specifications for new systems and enhancements · Provide ongoing support including research & resolution of issues, issue tracking and status reporting · Plan and perform functional testing of new systems and enhancements *Keys to this Position**: * · *We are seeking a systems analyst with 6 plus years of experience. Must have a strong financial services background.* · *Analytical rigor: We are seeking an analyst with strong analytical capability. Able to work with large volumes of data, able to problem solve. Able to write clear, concise and complete functional specifications. * · *Benchmark domain knowledge. The role will be focused on Benchmarks, and baseline of domain knowledge is required, as well as comfort in working with benchmark data to drive quality. Experience with Rimes would be a big +.* · *Communication skills. This is an internal client facing role and strong communication and relationship skills are needed. * · *Technical skills - Must be strong with SQL - ability to write queries* · *Organization.
