Monitoring progress against task estimates to provide status. - Completing more complex program changes to translate specifications and/or requirements into code. - Applying application specific technical skills to independently produce deliverables. - Acquiring and utilizing basic business knowledge to support the applications. - Recognizing code inefficiencies and making suggestions for improvement, if applicable. - Providing documentation to support program changes. - Planning, documenting, and executing unit test plans to ensure all code changes meet requirements/specifications. - Supporting programming changes during quality assurance, user acceptance testing, and post implementation to ensure integrity of application. - Complying with and contributing to standards and protocols to ensure development consistency. - High school diploma and a minimum of 4 years of computer related experience are required (Associates or Bachelors preferred).
