Job Title: Senior Technology Architect
Work Location: Hartford (CT) or San Jose CA or Chicago IL or NY-NJ or
Dallas TX

Job Details:

The candidate must be versatile and proven to be able to traverse multiple
technology stacks and challenges. This is an exciting role for someone who
enjoys variety and architecting global enterprise solutions in a pragmatic
way in a large organization. A fast learner is essential with experience
across multiple tech stacks in order to operate the ecosystem of
technologies. Collaboration across the development team is essential to
properly position and implement solutions within the global end-to-end
architecture. A good understanding of current Legal solutions and best
practices is desirable but not essential for this role if proven multi
architecture player.

The 2017 roadmap will include various upgrade efforts, migrations to the
cloud, integration efforts, Ethics & Compliance SaaS implementation,
Records Management and Contract Management implementation, Discovery/POC
efforts, LCM analysis, etc.

General Skills
• 10+ years of IT Architectural experience across multiple technology
stacks.
• Proven experience in integration using middleware (e.g., Tibco, Rabbit
MQ, Mulesoft, Apigee, IBM MQ Series, etc…) as with mobile & web interfaces.
• Competent Communicator
o Competent Technology Translator – Able to help business partners
(non-technical resources) understand difficult technology concepts. Ability
to present concepts.
o Effective at navigating people to understand root concerns, issues, and
needs
o Effective at extracting necessary information out of difficult situations
o Ability to perform formal analysis and provide written interpretations of
findings
o Ability to establish and communicate application/technology roadmaps
o Effective at resolving issues and negotiating paths forward with
leadership
o Ability to transfer knowledge gained to Coca-Cola counterparts
o Able to operate in a globally dispersed team
• Self-Directed – Resource should be passionate about the work
• Competent Multi-tasker – There are a lot of projects in bursts. The
resource must be able to accomplish prioritized tasks, given a mixture of
coarse and fine grained priorities
• Desired, but not required:
o Knowledge of current Legal technologies and best practices with
experience implementing enterprise level Legal applications (E.g.,
TeamConnect, NAVEX (EPIM), iManage, Records Management Systems, etc…)
o Experience with Salesforce and SAP
• Core Competencies:
o Competence with (at least 2)
• Java
• .NET
• PHP
• Node.js
o Competence with (at least 5):
• Technologist – familiar with industry trends and implications
• Familiar with Cloud Ecosystems such as AWS, Google AppEngine, Heroku,
Windows Azure
• Prior Software Development Experience (preferably 5+ years)
• Ability to understand and support a code base that another developer or
team authored
• Understanding of security
• Understanding of Business Intelligence & reporting technologies
• Understanding of web server concepts
• Understanding of DNS
• Ability to design and implement MicroServices in a distributed environment
• Ability to effectively communicate design trade-offs in business terms
o Competence with (at least 3):
• Fluent in OCL or equivalent
• Understanding of cloud hosting versus on premise versus on premise cloud
• Understanding of networking concepts
• Understanding of load balancing concepts
• Understanding of Privacy Implications to Code Implementation
• Understanding of mobile concepts
• Ability to prioritize, orchestrate, and architect MicroServices in a
legacy or cloud based environment
