Duration– 6 Months Client- Genworth Phone/ Skype These are the Must haves: 1) Must have degree 2) 8 years of application development experience 3) 2 years of Pega development experience This is a Multi-year program Developer on Agile Team – Everyone is located in Richmond Data models, mapping, as defined by the Business owner and architect Working with the Users, and therefore Communication important Pega 7.1 or 7.2 *Need the person to be a Pega Certified * 2nd Level interview will be IN PERSON – half day, 2 panels of interviews. NO Skype Responsibilities - Serve as Application Developer supporting Long Term Care Claims technology Operations team by designing, developing, supporting scalable workflow applications used in LTC Claims Operations - Develop software utilizing PEGA Rules Process Commander (PRPC) for both Business Process Management and Business Process Rules Development initiatives - Performing ongoing refactoring of code, utilizing visualization and other techniques to fast-track concepts, and delivering continuous improvement - Maintain peer relationship with cross functional technology, solutions and users of application - Collaborate with Business Analysts, Testers and business users to effectively prioritize development activities within resource constrains - Evaluate and Adapt to new technologies and toolsets as needed - Perform code reviews and ensure compliance with Pega guardrails Basic Qualifications - BS in computer science or equivalent certifications and experience - 8+ years of overall experience in application development - Solid understanding of Software Engineering principles - Ability to work well, flexible with changing priorities, and proficiency with collaborating and communicating with multiple teams across various levels of the organization - Must have the ability and experience in developing innovative approaches and solutions to solving design, architectural, and technical issues - Intellectually Curious with a Continuous Process improvement mentality - Pega Certified System Architect (CSA) - 2+ years of experience in developing BPM applications using Pega PRPC Platform 7 - 1+ years of experience in configuring various rules and features (like Flows, Activities, User Interface, Flow Actions, Agents, SLA, Correspondence, Single-Sign-On, External Authentication, PRPC Security, Reports, Listeners, Connectors and SOAP/REST Services) using Pega platform - Enforce best practices in PEGA architecture / design / coding - 2+ Experience in full PRPC implementation cycle including enterprise Class Structure design and Rulesets design - 5+ years of overall experience designing and building robust, distributed enterprise applications - 5+ years of Experience in Agile (Scrum) and Waterfall project methodologies - 5+ years of Experience in programming languages specifically using either .NET or Java and relational database technologies like SQL Server or Oracle Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in collaborating with teams that are geographically dispersed at different locations and time zones - CSSA (Certified Senior System Architect) or CLSA (Certified Lead System Architect) - Pega Customer Service Framework - Knowledge of Pega situational layer cake Regards, Lucy (Executive Talent Acquisition) *(W)* : +1-248.565.4747-x-194* (**F)* : +1-248.254.7211 Email id / Gtalk : l...@tekshapers.com *Tekshapers Inc. – WMBE Firm* *1441 E.
