In reaction last days post about layer theme...
It could be interesting to have an option to On/off only on one theme of the
layer and not all the layer.
Why:
- if you have code that works on this layer, you not need to listen selection
or action on multiple layer but just only on
Each layer in that legend corresponds to a MgLayer object that's attached to
a MgMap
How would you model this desired feature in the MgLayer class? What would
the API look like for toggling visibility of theme rules for a layer? It's
not just theme rules, they belong to a complex Layer Definition

MgdPlatform.Initialize will throw an error - Cannot
find C:\ProgramData\Autodesk\Geospatial Coordinate Systems.
If I roll back to 2.5.1.7768 - everything is shiny. 64 Bit is fine.

Unless MgdPlatform.Initialize() is throwing an actual exception, that error
message about not being able to find C:\ProgramData\Autodesk\Geospatial
Coordinate Systems printed to stdout/stderr is not a true error, because
