Ok found the issue. Had originally installed 3.1.0 on the server. Used 3.1.1 InstantSetup Added 3.1.2 Fusion This was enough to scramble the UTF-8 and mess up the French accents. I un-installed 3.10 Re-installed 3.1.1 Added 3.1.2 Fusion Et voilà! -- Sent from: http://osgeo-org.1560.x6.nabb
