MI Line angle

Hi all How do I calculate the angle of a line when the units are in Decimal Degrees? Just a normal line not a polyline. I can do it fine when working with meters, but I am stuck with degrees. I have to use degrees because it could be anywhere in the world. Yours Anton de Gruchy
