Christopher,

If I understand your situation correctly, what you are asking is that you
want this information to appear in a label.  

You can do the following:

Table / maintenance / table structure 

>From here, you can add fields (as they would appear at the top of a database
or spreadsheet. Be sure you denote enough character space for the
information you are going to put in.  Also denote (if numeric) how you want
those fields to format.

Later, this information can be entered via the 'i' tool and then physical
entry into that window.
