I am developing an application using MapInfo's OLE capability within VB =
6.0. I am trying to use callbacks in order to display the geographic =
coordinates in the status bar. I downloaded the VB sample program =
"StatusCb" which is supposed to display the coordinates in a text box. =
However, I am getting an error in the statement: "mi.SetCallBack =
cbobject", which is the the Form_Load Sub . The error has something to =
do with tryng to access a private object.

Has anyone tried this sample program? can you get the callback working. =
It seems like a VB problem, but my VB experience is rather limited. =
