It sounds like you are having a problem we struggled with for some time.
The problems stems from the fact that whenever a label is moved from it's
default position,
an object statement is created in the MapInfo Workspace (i.e. "Object 3852
Line Simple Anchor (-81.706727,33.516516)")
The
Alter Table "myTable" ( add island Logical ) Interactive
select * from myTable where str$(objectInfo ( obj, 1)) = "7" into Regions
select * from Regions where str$(objectInfo ( obj, 21)) "1" into
