I received an ortho quad that is a raster image and I need to register = it. I know the corner tic mark locations in minutes and seconds (I = think) an example is 119/15', 48/30' for a coordinate point. I don't see = a projection/unit choice in the Table/Raster/Modify Image Registration = menu that would let me use these minutes.
