MI Set Layer Label Angle

Hi lists     The label provided by Mapinfo is horizontal,but I want it to be vertical,I use the 'Set Layer Label Object I Angle 270' statement to issue it in a cycle,but the screen flashs hard when performing this statement.     Is there any way else to issue this function!     Thanks!    

MI Drag Probelm

MI Delphi4+Mi CallBack

   I have archived Callback in Delphi4,but only the "SetStatusText" can be used. When I create a Custom toolbar(for example: CustomDrawObject ,ID 2001) ,how can I add code to the Callback.    Thanks for help!
