I am trying to print a map that has a road index. The problem comes in trying to get more than one column from the table. I want multiple columns on one side of the county map. I have tried to take the table to MS Access 97 and print a report with multiple columns to my plotter. My intention was to print the index on a sheet that would fit it and the map. Then I could manually load the sheet back in the plotter and plot my map from MapInfo layout window. Sounded great to me until I tried to print or preview the table in MS Access 97. It will not let me print to anything larger than 22 inches. Does anyone know of a way to trick Access to allow this or of any program that will let me print columns on paper larger than 22".
