I think it had to do with this script running on Hakan's Jenkins box, so he
can review the change before it goes on? I recall something of that nature.
Another way to allow for that would be a hook on his end where the file
gets set aside if changed.

you are right, this is something I should (and will) describe better in
the wiki and the README files in the source.
Basically, all you need to do is to push your change to the source
files, which you did with the change [1], and wait for magic to happen :-)
