I asked Justyna to send me a testcase. I was able to reproduce the issue. When I run the mapfile through shp2img, I get a projection not found error. When I check MAP.PROJECTION, the value is init=EPSG:26915. The EPSG should be in lower case (init=epsg:26915). When this change is made,
