[mapserver-users] AIXM support via WFS?

2011-10-15 Thread Ákos Maróy
Hi, I wonder if mapserver supports handling AIXM data, and if it would expose AIXM data via WFS to WFS clients? Best regards, Akos ___ mapserver-users mailing list mapserver-users@lists.osgeo.org

Re: [mapserver-users] EXTENT in LAYER definition not clipping

Hi, Mapserver does not support what you want. Setting EXTENT on layer level is pushing it directly into layer bounding box in the GetCapabilities document without checking it from data. It can make GetCapabilites to work fastes. However, you can zoom around those extents. MAP level ectents do

[mapserver-users] WMS GetMap request - incorrect layer ordering

2011-10-15 Thread John Cartwright
Hello All, I'm finding a difference between the image produced by shp2img and a WMS GetMap request. The image produced by shp2img looks as I expect honoring the order in which LAYERS are defined in the map file and the STATUS value. However, the WMS request does not seem to respect the order

Re: [mapserver-users] WMS GetMap request - incorrect layer ordering

2011-10-15 Thread John Cartwright
Thanks for your reply Jukka. The reason for the single layer in the WMS request is that the other layer has a STATUS default which I understood to mean that it was always returned regardless of the value in the WMS layers parameter. Indeed this has been my experience, problem is that the
