I agree with you on the projection problem, the error made me think that at
first. The problem is all my data is in EPSG 4326 and all the request are in
this CRS too. So I would think no reprojection is necessary

The error " msInitProjTransformer() returned NULL." makes me think that
something goes wrong with projections. Or then the main point is in
RAW_WINDOW=0 0 1 1, dst=0,0,1,1 which probably means that one single pixel is
read from the source image for further processing.
