Unfortunately it has noc effect. Whatever i put in the Template file, e. g.
meta http-equiv=Content-Type content=text/html;
charset=iso-8859-1/meta , mozzilla tells me it uses utf-8 (right-click
on the displayed html-page).
I have no clue.
