Hi,
You can use the TEXT parameter:
CLASS
...
TEXT (surface is [TXT])
LABEL
...
END
END
Where [TXT] is the attribute field from your data. You can also use
this method to combine two attributes into the label.

Hi,
we also ran into this problem by upgrading from 5.0 to 5.6.
You can solve this be adding the OUTLINECOLOR into the Classes/Styles.

Thanks for your response.

Guillermo,
MapServer is the proper list for this question, but you haven't given much
information on what is a complex issue... and I can't help you directly with it

Two ideas off the top of my head:
- use straight MapServer CGI and not WMS for the embedded chart request. That
way your idea for runtime subs might work.
- consider using something other than MapServer to build a stand-alone chart.
I'm guessing you have the data necessary to build the
Hi
Thanks for the ideas
Without testing I would think straight Mapserver cgi will also not work,
because I use substitution with WMS and that works, and EXPRESSION is not
defined in the docs for layer CHART.
But I will try.
OWTChart I don't know, but I will have a look. Problem is, that I do
Looking further into the matter,
i have noticed that the only cases where i have managed to get some result
with the shortest_path function is when there is a straight line between A
