Hi :) I get the impression that all 5 areas use GnuLinux (and therefore probably LibreOffice) already in some areas.  So i suspect this is not so much a switch away from MS Windows and MS Office but more a consolidation onto LibreOffice.  So, not a trial period or bunch of noobs with no
