Howdy Daniel, The file I started from is in the 'Shared -> Common -> Marketing -> ES' folder named 'Get_involved_infographic_ES.odg'. Howdy, I was poking around under the shared marketing area on the TDF nextcloud server and came across an odg file for a 'Get Involved Infographic', dated from 2016 and in Spanish - I took the liberty of translating the text to English and then made my own take on the graphics. Put a copy of the result up on the server at https://nextcloud.documentfoundation.org/s/BrP8xERfkE7e28i The background image is original art btw, you can use it as you like. The odg and gimp file used to produce this are not on the server there, but I can certainly put them there in a zip file? Anway, just thought I'd share. The creation of a local not for profit association to support LibreOffice and The Document Foundation is up to the local community. The creation of a different structure in each country, or even in each continent, is just impossible, because of the complexity and the costs associated with running such an organization. In Italy, we have Associazione LibreItalia to support the project at local level. It is a recognized not for profit, and can get donations, but has been founded and is managed by Italian members of the project. "What can I do for LibreOffice" site: help people to understand in just a few clicks, how they can contribute. Need to get the design team involved, make it available for translations, build a tree for the information. Code here: https://github.com/jdm/asknot. AIs: Mike to find out about domain, and talk to various sub-projects about questions to use; Redon to work on the first tree map. 2. Increased use of social media: work on more focused Twitter campaigns, and encourage native language communities to make their own social media accounts. Become more active on Instagram and LinkedIn - but do in a coordinated way. 3. Next Month of LibreOffice, coming up in November: Focus especially on bringing in new contributors. Consider expanding data sources, and linking to another event (eg a Reddit "Ask us Anything"). 4. Open Badges idea: Mike and Sophie catching up with various jobs after LibOCon, but will work on it soon. Redon offers to help out as well. 5. Sreekanth's topic: doing more in Indian community; converting interested people into community members. Challenge with lots of different languages. Organise a regular call and try to build a community there, make it a focus for aggregation in 2019.
