That's the point, Martin, the article is not aimed to company
devices/users, is aimed to average people. So encrypting isn't basic, most
of people don't do it.
So it's maybe a good idea to add that advise with a couple of words about
why is good.

Sadly, wordpress's workflow for editing already published articles is that
they just get edited in place. There is no (AFAICT) way for someone to
suggest an edit, then go though a review process to check it, then publish
it.
So currently (sadly), only people with the "Editor" role can edit publish
