My general comment is that we need to distinguish better between promos
and infos. Slogan block, Featured product and Upcoming events are infos.
Perhaps rounded corners for promos and white backgrounds for infos?

I have extracted the purely lookfeel guidelines that can be deduced
from this mockup, from this point Máirín can refine and make additions

Mairin, that looks great. There's something I don't like about the top
bars though. From banners to bottom it looks really smooth.
