A couple of notes on this. The more left wing candidate in the race was NikI Ashton. She is much better than Singh on Palestine. Singh did show cool when he was assailed any a right wing nut case. She accused him of supporting Sharia law. He kept cool and used this to promote tolerance and inclusiveness. Gurpreet Singh is the editor of Radical Desi.
