Apparently we absentminded voters are to blame for not understanding what good things this Abbott government is doing. That arrogant Abbott comment, and the parroting by his ministers that they just need to sell the shit sandwich better is the height of being out of touch and divorced from ordinary people and their concerns. This lack of confidence in we the people reminded me of something Bertolt Brecht wrote in 1953 after the uprising in East Germany against the Stalinist dictatorship.
