For what it is worth, here is a credible metatheoretical statement of
Chavismo.
I think it errs in attributing too much to one person--not Chavez but JKG.
Also, it's almost as if we were talking about some line of 'literary
influence'
instead of a real political and economic 'theory-in-action'.
This is a creative and interesting response from CJ.
Theoretically ( or metatheoretically) speaking Marxism famously
relates theory and practice, some what directly in the notion that the
proof of the pudding or cooking is in the eating; practice is the test
of theory.

or the life active of peoples as classes engaging means of production
