The SACP has, historically, described its ideological position as Marxist-Leninist.
In describing ourselves in this way we have been:
Locating ourselves as a revolutionary party with its historical roots in the Communist
International, an international movement

The United States led NATO bombing of Serbia is clearly an act of imperialist
aggression. There is no doubt that principled opposition must be mounted against
imperialism's attack on Serbia.
At the same time this means that opposition must be mounted against the current
Serbian regime
