 In 2015, the people of the south of Ireland, especially the southern
working class, voted decisively in a referendum to say Yes to the right of
same-sex couples to marry.  After that, the next big battle was always
going to be around abortion.  In the south of Ireland there is a
constitutional ban on abortion so the parliament can't legislate on the
issue.  But, tomorrow (Friday, May 25), there is a referendum on removing
the 8th amendment to the constitution, the first step in liberalising
access to abortion for Irish women.  Here's an interview with Cat Inglis of
