Poor Gramsci. While alive he had to cope with fascist repression and imprisonment and in death he's been snatched by the postmodernists and the radical democracy - ie let's leave capitalist property relations as they are - brigade/s. Gramsci, however, was a revolutionary, vitally concerned with how the capitalist class rules in the developed capitalist world - ie not by repression alone but, largely, by ideological dominance.
