Sealaska Constructors LLC,* Seattle, Washington, was awarded a $10,154,000 firm-fixed-price contract for permanent construction of a civil support team ready building, as well as site improvements, roadway, parking, and utility improvements in support of the new building. Bids were solicited via the Internet with nine received. Work will be performed in Windsor Locks, Connecticut, with an estimated completion date of March 17, 2018. Fiscal 2016 military construction funds in the amount of $10,154,000 were obligated at the time of the award. Army National Guard Bureau, Hartford, Connecticut, is the contracting activity (W91ZRS-16-C-0001).
