2 PM ish - I heard a big helo fly over Arlington Center very slowly - visibility seems to be about 1.5 to 2 miles from my vantage point - I dont know if it is better or worse at 1000 feet - I would guess that it is worse considering how dark it looks up there On Tue, Oct 18, 2016 at 1:26 PM,
