Mohan sir I can understand ur feelings. More or less all teachers facing
the same difficulties. No one ther to understand or ready to listen wht is
happening in our system. Everyone forcing us 100% result. The student even
unable to write his name we expecting him to pass. Yes they r asking us wht
you did in 3 years. Yes I agree tht argument. But how many hours we get
improve them. Only 40mints per day. Is it enough to bring up tht student.
We cant. At th same time students kw th proceedure of result. They dont
care us. We r tied. No option for us. All rules and regulation r going
against teachers. No one thr to help us. For exmp: A student bunked the
class and go to swim in a river. If he come back alive thn it is our duty
to praise him and record his ability or skill. Suppose he not
return(something happen and lost his life) the teacher is responsible for
it" how is th rule. Sir my policy is" huttisidonu hullu thinnisthane".
Estu sadhyana ashtu dudiyodu.
