Hi,
You will need to add the directory where Matlab.el and mlint.el are to your
load-path. If you look in the INSTALL file, after the ‘compilation’ section,
there are the snippets you need to add the path, and get the right amount of
Matlab mode installed.

Hi Eric,
Thanks for your reply. I checked the eieio installation then this is what
emacs says,
Library is file
> /usr/local/Cellar/emacs/24.4/share/emacs/24.4/lisp/emacs-lisp/eieio.elc
I also did byte compile against mlint.el, emacs gives the error as follows,
mlint.el:32:1:Error: Cannot open
