[matplotlib-devel] bugfix release for enthon

We'd like to do a bugfix release for the next release of enthought python, which will include the latest mpl. Apparently, there is a problem with 0.87.3 and numpy which has been fixed in svn. If there is anything we should wait on, let us know, otherwise we'll probably try to roll out 0.87.4
