freq,ax=windrose.windplot(vent['VV'],vent['DV'],counts=False,speed_classes=[1,2,3,4,5],sectors=16,style='bar')
draw()
fig=ax.get_figure()
for leg in fig.legends:
setp(leg.get_texts(), fontsize=8)
