There was an issue with DynaPDF when trying to use fonts with 65535 glyphs
(Noto Sans CJK was one of those fonts). I reported the problem to Jens a while
back and he fixed it so upgrading to the latest DynaPDF should solve the
problem.

We are about to renew our license so will need the RB plugins. If your Xojo >
RB convertor generates plugins that work with RB2007 & RB2008 then I am happy
to use that.

Changed PictureMBS Row functions to raise OutOfMemoryException if no memory is
available instead of returning nil.

Removed some QuickDraw calls from plugin and made default SDK 10.7 on Mac OS
X.
I'm sure the removal of QuickDraw commands won't hurt us but what effect will
the SDK change have when building applications that need to support 10.4
