In mac EditableMBS works fine.
Please let me know.
I answer by myself.
I've found that on Mac (not yet tested on windows) if I select a word and
right-click on it, I can change the style, and it's correctly converted in
html!!!
I'm going to test more on this :) and I'll let you know (hope it can be useful
for someone).
