Well, I think our ChartDirector Control implementation uses the view port class
to allow you zooming and scrolling.

I am trying to create a drag image of 3 staggered file icons. I have a problem
with the mask, painting the masks one staggered over the other I get borders
that later generate transparency. Is there a function to combine those 3 masks
so I don't get that effect... or maybe I am doing that
