*Position: DevOps Engineer* *Location: San Francisco, CA * *Duration: 6+ months assignment * *Responsibilities:* - Assist with the selection, installation, configuration and maintenance (e.g. log file analysis, backup recovery) of enterprise information systems - Manage core Amazon Web Services - Design and implement automation and self healing system configurations - Propose and gain approval for implementation and ongoing support of DevOps solutions including management and evolution of various environments - Build future enhancements to the Continuous Integration and Deployment Systems at Client - Troubleshoot, resolve and prevent future production issues through proactive monitoring, trend analysis, notifications and teamwork - Document architecture decisions and provide training to team - Oversee the development of future component architectures and migration plans - Conceive, design, prototype, and test new methods, algorithms, and models - Define and enforce appropriate technical standards and procedures including: production implementation process management, measurement, failover redundancy and information security - Interface directly with vendors and proposes contracts and other agreements *Desired Skills and Experience:* - A minimum of 3 years experience as DevOps Engineer or similar capacity managing cloud environments - Bachelors, or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field preferred - Experience working on a full technology stack within a cross functional, agile team - Software development - AWS experience a plus - Chef experience a plus - Docker experience a plus - OSS technology knowledge a plus - Proven experience in shell scripting and command line utilities - Experience in Linux and Windows Administration Regards *Mayank* 978-558-4666 x 103 *may...@teknavigators.com* <may...@teknavigators.com> -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "MCMS" group.
