Job Description:The responsibilities will include day to day support of
desktops as well as servers, voice systems, data backups and LAN's, all
while exhibiting excellent customer service skills.


Job Requirements: Experience supporting IT desktop services, including
configuration, patching and diagnosis of server/desktop systems. Experience
supporting Windows Servers, backup software, Linux and other operating
systems. Strong communication, interpersonal and problem solving/analytical
skills. Ability to work well both in a team setting and as an individual
contributor. Skill in communicating complex ideas effectively, both orally
and in writing, and making presentations to large groups. Ability to work
well with all levels of management and employees. Willingness to travel as
required.
