Qualified candidate will provide daily operational support for systems and platforms. b.. Provide system administration, problem identification, analysis and resolution; maintain system security; perform analysis and support for systems and applications. c.. Possess the ability to learn new products and applications. d.. Develop new products and services. e.. Support large system migrations; build and maintain system interfaces; integrate systems and products; experience developing and maintaining applications from requirements through implementation. f.. Support end-user community and applications development staff. g.. Other related duties assigned as needed by the IT Manager; any CMMI experience a plus; US Citizenship but active Secret or Top Secret clearance preferred. Qualifications: a.. Must have a BS Degree and 8+ years overall experience, 4-5 years of experience with system administration Redhat Linux Servers. b.. Strong shell scripting (sh,ksh); 1 year PERL scripting; strong networking capabilities (TCP/IP, iptables, network configuration, strong; administration skills; some EMC SAN experience; Firewall administration (Juniper/Netscreen), Sendmail/Exchange, DNS/Bind, switching hardware (McData, Brocade) and Netbackup.
